Byggekunst/Arkitektur N
These two articles were main features in Byggekunst / ArkitekturN (Norwegian Architectural review).
The first publication was a narrative mapping of Soutwark in London, an imaginary documentation of the area focusing on the dreams and personalities we met while visiting the district. The project won the student price ”NPA prize for proffesionalism and design”.
The second pubication is a travel report and an essay from the worlds most polluted place: The city of Pripyat. The town was abandoned withint 3 hours, due to the massiv cathastrophy at the Chernobyl opower plant. Today only animals and smugglers use the town, that used to be the home of 50.000 inhabitants. The former (?) socialist town is now like an enormous mausoleum, mirroring the dreams and the imperfection of an ideal town.
