Friday the 23rd of September The Norwegian Day of Architecture 2011 was arranged at Vulkan/Oslo . The day marked the beginning of Architecture Festival of Vulcan.  The arrangment aimed to provide knowledge, inspire and to engage – and to address relevant technical issues in architecture and urban development.

The focus on the conference was new types of processes within the field of architecture. Architects, scientists and others talked about processes using communication, exchange and participation in ways that provides architecture more power and new relevance.

For this occation Fantastic Norway made three short videos in colaboration with AntroFilm, to introduce the debates “communication, exchange and participation”.

Among others these are some of the main figures of the conference: Stefano boeri, Teddy Cruz, Jeffrey Inaba, Mark Miessen, Bijoy Jain, Eyal Weizman, Craig Dykers, Grete Female Country, Daniel DChange, Tina di Carlo and Carson Chan.
